"TP" as he is known to his friends is a gorgeous 32.5" very refined palomino stallion. He is totally correct with absolutely perfect limbs, level top line, good length of neck and really moves. He has a lovely Arabian head with huge soft eyes. His personality is HUGE – he just adores life and loves people. He is a natural showman as he is a born show off – a multi Champion in the show ring. We all simply adore him for all that he is!

His sire, FIRST KNIGHTS BILLY IDOL (First Knights Breakin All The Rules/Sheep Meadows Goldilocks) is the most successful cremello stallion in the USA. 2005 Reserve World Champion 2 yr old stallion and 2007 Reserve World Champion Senior Stallion. 2009 AMHA World Futurity winning stallion. Top Ten All Time Leading Futurity List in just two years.

His dam ALLIANCE WOODYS SUNRISE SURPRISE is by the lovely Little Kings Stallion LITTLE KINGS LEATHERWOOD BUCKAROO who will be remembered in the miniature history books as one of the greatest producing stallions of all time. He is the sire of LIBERTY'S MISS KENTUCKY the three times AMHA Champion of Champions. He is also full brother to the World Grand Champion Stallion LITTLE KINGS BUCKAROO BACCARA.

(Little Kings Buckaroo I Stand Grand/AF Gold Gazelle)

SEAHORSE GOLD MELODY GRAND BUCKAROO known as “Roopert” stands only 30.5” tall and is the most perfect little horse. He was 2002 Reserve Champion Junior Colt in the USA and is also a Champion here in the UK.

He has THE most wonderful Arabian head imaginable with the biggest darkest eyes and passes his fabulous head on to his foals. He sires predominantly fillies with both Roopert's sire and dam carrying such Arabian type it comes as no surprise that his foals are exceptional.

He is by LITTLE KINGS BUCKAROO I STAND GRAND (known as "Stan") who also has the most beautiful little dished head, a wonderfully arched neck and a fabulous croup. Stan is son of the legendary BOONES LITTLE BUCKAROO, probably the most famous American Miniature Horse of all time. He is out of a daughter of KOMOKOS LITTLE KING SUPREME. He has sired many AMHA Champions.

His dam AF GOLD GAZELLE is one of Wisteria Farm's most treasured mares with her exotic Arabian beauty, a quality that she passes on to her foals. She is double GOLD MELODY BOY granddaughter.

In 2008 we were looking for a stallion for our mare Legends Beyond Reality Valentine and having always loved Little Kings Buckaroo we found a Buckaroo grandson in Hampshire. On arrival there we saw three fabulous typey little foals and were struck by their beauty – these turned out to be part breds. This gave us an idea of what Roopert was capable of producing and we went on to see him. What a lovely little stallion and what a perfect head. We duly returned a little later on with Valentine.

In 2009 Valentine produced a simply lovely buckskin pinto filly "Glasses Valencia". Then the opportunity arose to buy Roopert, but the timing was just wrong and we had to let him go to Belgium. I thought about him constantly and so regretted my decision.

We then bought a 44% Buckaroo bred filly Arions Destinys Pretty Pearl who is just perfect. After that we decided, while we still could, to go to Indiana and visit the great Buckaroo in person. What a wonderful time we had looking at around 400 horses. All the horses we picked out were by Buckaroo, endorsing all that I thought about this great horse. Having actually seen Buckaroo in person we also realised while there just how similar Roopert was to Buckaroo – really the most lookalike Buckaroo bred stallion that I have seen anywhere!

We returned home and shortly afterwards to my utter amazement I was offered Roopert again. This time I took an instant decision and within a couple of weeks he arrived from Belgium at Glasses Farm. What a dream ending...... I guess some things are just meant to be.

At last I have my Buckaroo bred stallion who is simply the nearest thing I can get to Buckaroo. He is such a kind and happy little stallion and we feel privileged to have him.
